Meng 1/35 T72B3M Russian Main Battle Tank w/KMT8 Mine Clearing System Kit

The T-72B3M, sometimes unofficially referred to as T-72B4, is a recent Russian upgrade of the aging T-72B tank. It is a further development of the T-72B3 with some improvements. It has a new gun, an improved fire control system with a panoramic commander's sight, improved protection, and a new engine. This tank was first publicly revealed in 2014. 

This tank has a new 2A46M5 125 mm smoothbore gun. The autoloader of this tank has some modifications and can use newly developed munitions. This tank can launch 9M119 Svir or 9M119M Refleks anti-tank guided missiles in the same manner as ordinary projectiles. Western reporting name for both missiles is AT-11 Sniper. A total of 45 rounds are carried, 22 rounds are stored in the autoloader and are ready to use, while the remaining are stored inside the hull. There is a coaxial 7.62 mm machine gun, as well as a 12.7 mm roof-mounted machine gun. The last mentioned is manually controlled by the vehicle commander.

This MBT is operated by a crew of three, including a commander, gunner, and driver.

About this kit:

Working with the famous Russian army equipment research organization,  the Gur Khan Books Publishing House, Meng is set to release a new 1/35th scale T-72B3M main battle tank with the KMT-8 Mine Clearing System kit. The finished model will be 280mm long, 113mm wide, and 87mm high.
