Revell Germany 1/72 SdKfz 9 18-Ton FAMO WWII Heavy Recovery Vehicle Kit

At 40,000 lb and 27 ft in length, the Sd.Kfz.9 was a true behemoth. These heavy half-tracks were seconded to a wide variety of tasks-artillery prime mover, cargo carrier, and tank recovery vehicle. Over two thousand were produced from 1939 to 1944. They proved invaluable in keeping the Wehrmacht rolling in the early days of the war. They enabled the Germans to haul knocked out vehicles out of action and heavy artillery into action quickly.
